Shiftboard Blog Design + Thumbnail Illustrations 

Working with a digital marketer and web developer, I had the opportunity to design the layout for Shiftboard's blog page. Shiftboard wanted to create a sub-brand for the blog, something that was easier to digest and would drive more traffic. Taking into consideration that the blog content would often be of serious or boring topics, I decided to go with a fun and whimsically illustrated look-feel that makes topics such as employment or labor laws more fun to read.  This new blog interface has driven traffic to the blog up. There have also been comments sent in from customers saying how they love the new blog and that the fun and colorful images make things more exciting.
